If something was wrong with your order or your visit, kindly tell us the same day if you can, and we will put it right while it still matters, or speak to whoever is on the counter. We reply to every complaint in person where we have contact details. We will gladly speak to any customer directly. When things occasionally do not go right, we try to learn so we can improve.
